The New Parish is located in the heart of Uptown Oakland at 1743 San Pablo Ave. at the crossway of 18th & San Pablo.
Q: Where can I park?
There is plenty of street parking around the venue or we recommend: City of Oakland Parking Partners Lot on 19th Street between Franklin and Broadway.

Q: How do I get to the club via public transportation?

Q: How do I purchase tickets for an event?
Tickets for all shows at The New Parish are available online at ticketweb.com.
We do not have a box office.
Q: Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?
All tickets are purchased on a no refunds, exchanges or cancellations basis and are only usable for the day, date and time selected at the time of purchase.
Q: Can I change the name my tickets are under at will call?
In some cases, you can change the name by contacting Ticketweb at info@ticketweb.com.
Your friend will need to bring his/her ID to the Box Office on the night of the show to pick up the tickets.
Q: When do the doors open for a show?
Doors typically open 60 minutes prior to show time, although this may vary from show to show. Please refer to the event listing at www.thenewparish.com.
Q: What can I bring to the show?
You may bring in empty plastic refillable water bottles and small personal bags and backpacks. For the comfort and safety for everyone, please do not bring in the following items: strollers, signs larger than 8.5’ x 11’, large backpacks, alcohol, cans, bottles, pets or weapons of any kind.
Q: Can I bring a camera?
Personal cameras (without detachable lens) are permitted, but flash photography is not allowed. Any cameras with a detachable lens are not permitted without appropriate clearance from the band.
Q: Is there an age restriction?
Age restrictions vary by show. Any age restrictions will be listed on the event detail page and ticket link.
Q: The show I’m attending has an age restriction & I’m over 18/21 but I lost my ID. Can I still attend the show?
You must present some form of government ID for entry. Accepted forms of ID include a passport, birth certificate or temporary DMV ID.
Q: Do you have seating?
The New Parish is a general admission, standing room only venue with a few first-come, first-serve seats.
Q: Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Please contact us ahead of time via email at info@thenewparish.com or at (510) 227-8177 to let us know what show you are planning on attending so we can hold a space for you. ADA restrooms are available for you as well.
