A College graduate, DIXSON even created his own major in school graduating with a degree in Arts and Media Management. Growing Up being inspired by Marvin Gaye, Donnie Hathaway, Sly and the Family Stone, Stevie Wonder, Beyonce and other Atlanta artists including Usher, DIXSON took notice as to what Jermaine Dupri Did for So So Def and found a passion for his own sound, writing style and overall impact in music. After garnering a social media presence singing some creative covers, he stepped into the national spotlight in 2016 joining Pharrell Williams’ team on NBC’s The Voice and earned an impressive spot in the Top 20. During his time on The Voice, he arranged all of his songs and built a strong relationship with Williams, who also shares the same passion for producing.
